Ph.D. Executive Deputy Director of Emergency Logistics Speciality Committee, CFLP, a Professor, and a Ph.D. supervisor. Additionally, he holds various positions such as Vice President of China Society of Logistics, Member of the Safety Expert Group of the National Grain and Material Reserves Bureau, Member of the National Disaster Reduction and Relief Standardization Technical Committee, and Member of the Consultation Expert Committee of the Logistics Support Department of the Central Military Commission.Dr. Xu has been the lead researcher for key national research and development projects and major projects under the National 863 Program. He has undertaken more than 30 research projects at the national ministry and military levels, receiving three first prizes and one second prize for provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress. He has contributed to the formulation of two national special construction plans, played a key role in formulating 10 national and industry standards for emergency logistics, and published over 100 academic papers. Additionally, he has edited and contributed to 18 monographs and textbooks, earning one national teaching achievement award and one first prize at the military level.

He has been awarded honorary titles such as 40 Outstanding Experts in Transportation and Logistics in the 40 Years of Reform and Opening-up, and the Lecturer of Excellent Professional Courses of Universities in Beijing.

现任中国物流信息中心党委书记、主任。中国物流与采购联合会团委书记，危化品物流分会秘书长，智慧物流分会秘书长，科技信息部主任。毕业于北京交通大学物流工程硕士（博士在读）。主要从事我国现代物流产业统计监测和宏观运行等相关数据发布工作，包括制造业PMI、全球制造业PMI、物流业景气指数、电商物流指数、大宗商品指数、仓储指数等；负责物流科技、物联网技术与物流结合的成果挖掘、培育与推广工作；近几年重点推动和规范了我国化工品物流行业发展与整合；牵头起草了十余国家、行业和团体标准。每年组织撰写《中国物流行业发展报告》、《商贸物流发展报告》、《物流行业科技发展报告》、《物联网技术与物流应用发展报告》、《化工品物流行业发展报告》、《氢能产业储运与应用发展报告》等。

男，1969年10月出生，江西丰城人，大学本科学历，高级工程师，1991年毕业于华中理工大学，先后任中国物流信息中心副处长、处长，中国物流与采购联合会网络事业部副主任等职，现任中国物流与采购联合会网络事业部主任、物流信息服务平台分会秘书长。负责物流行业信息化工作，长期从事物流企业信息化及物流平台的研究工作,对物流行业信用体系建设、无车承运人及网络货运的相关政策及运营有深入的研究。主持《网络货运平台服务能力评估指标》、《物流诚信共享信息构成要素及交换要求》、《网络货运平台实际承运人信用评价》等标准的制订工作；参与主编《中国物流平台发展报告》《中国物流与采购信息化优秀案例集》、《智慧物流优秀案例解析》等多部书籍；在《中国物流年鉴》、《中国物流发展报告》、《物流技术与应用》等发表多篇论文。

Male, born in October 1969 in Fengcheng, Jiangxi Province. He graduated from Huazhong University of technology in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree and is a senior engineer. He has successively served as deputy director and director of China Logistics Information Center and deputy director of the network business department of CFLP. He is now the director of the network business department of CFLP and secretary general of logistics information service platform branch. He is responsible for the informatization of logistics industry and has long been engaged in the research of logistics enterprise informatization and logistics platform, and has in-depth research on the construction of credit system of logistics industry, relevant policies and operation of vehicle free carrier and online freight. He presided over the formulation of standards such as the evaluation index of service capacity of online freight platform, the constituent elements and exchange requirements of logistics integrity sharing information, and the credit evaluation of actual carriers of online freight platform. Also, he participated in the editing of many books such as China Logistics Platform Development Report, Excellent Cases Collection of China Logistics and Purchasing Informatization, Analysis of Excellent Cases of Smart Logistics and so on. He has published many papers in China Logistics Yearbook, China Logistics Development Report, Logistics Technology and Application, etc.

2004年进入《中国物流与采购》杂志社，担任记者、编辑工作；2007年，开始负责杂志社运营工作，2008年，开始担任杂志主编，副社长。从2014年5月至今，担任中国物流与采购联合会电商物流与快递分会秘书长。
