北京物资学院物流学院院长、经济学博士、教授、博士生导师。兼任：中国物流学会副会长、中国物流技术协会副会长、中国商品学会副会长、中国物流与采购联合会冷链专业委员会副会长、国家级物流系统与技术实验教学示范中心主任、北京现代物流研究基地首席专家、教育部高校物流教指委采购管理专业建设工作组组长等职务。近年，独立出版《物流空间学》、《日本供应链发展研究》等专著6部；独立或以第一作者在《中国软科学》、《管理评论》等国内外核心期刊发表论文60余篇；主持国家社会科学基金年度项目、北京市社会科学基金重点项目、教育部人文社会科学规划项目等国内外课题50余项；以第一完成人获得物华图书奖一等奖、宝供物流奖二等奖、北京市教学成果奖二等奖、北京高校优质本科课程等教学研究奖励20余项；主笔修订《冷链物流分类与基本要求》等国家标准。荣获改革开放40年交通运输与物流杰出专家40人、北京高校优秀专业课主讲教师等称号。

Dean of Logistics School of Beijing Wuzi University, a Ph.D. in Economics, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. He concurrently serves as Vice President of China Society of Logistics, Vice President of China Logistics Technology Association, Vice President of China Society of Commodity Science, Vice President of Cold Chain Committee of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, Director of National Demonstration Center for Logistics System and Technology Experimental Teaching, Chief Expert of Beijing Modern Logistics Research Base, Leader of Working Group for Procurement Management Specialty Construction of the Ministry of Education’s Steering Committee for Logistics Specialty Teaching at Colleges and Universities, etc. In recent years, he has independently published six monographs including Logistics Spatial Science and Research on Supply Chain Development in Japan; and over 60 papers in core journals at home and abroad, such as China Soft Science and Business Review independently or as the first author. He has presided over more than 50 Chinese and international projects such as the annual project of the National Social Science Fund of China, key projects of Beijing Municipal Social Science Fund, and the humanities and social science planning projects of the Ministry of Education. He has won over 20 teaching and research awards as the project leader such as the first prize of the Wuhua Book Award, the second prize of the P.G. Logistics Award, the second prize of the Beijing Teaching Achievement Award, and the high-quality undergraduate course of universities in Beijing. He was the editor-in-chief in the revision of national standards such as Classification & Basic Requirements for Cold Chain Logistics. He has been awarded honorary titles such as 40 Outstanding Experts in Transportation and Logistics in the 40 Years of Reform and Opening-up, and the Lecturer of Excellent Professional Courses of Universities in Beijing.

Senior Engineer, graduated from Tsinghua University. He has over 20 years of experience in system development and architecture in fields such as e-commerce, internet, and supply chain logistics. His focus is on the innovative applications of technologies such as 5G, IoT, edge computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and operational optimization in the logistics field. In 2020, he was the first person to apply for the project "Research and Application of Robot and Intelligent Dispatching System in Large-scale E-commerce Logistics Center", which won the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award. He has published 4 international top-tier papers and applied for more than 30 related technical patents.

15年汽车行业工装夹具及零部件包装设计开发经验，对项目管理、包装规划、包装设计及制造、量产件持续优化改善、组织体系搭建及团队管理有深厚的积累。2015年加入中久科技先后负责长安马自达、捷豹路虎、中国中车、沃尔沃、吉利、理想、极星等多个品牌和零部件厂包装产品设计、开发与管理工作。

With 15 years of experience in design and development of tooling and fixtures in automotive industry as well as packaging design for parts and components. Full of knowledge accumulated in project management, packaging planning, packaging design and manufacturing, continuous optimization and improvement of mass production parts, organization system building and team management. He joined CFL team in 2015 and was successively in charge of the packaging design, development and management of various brands and factories such as Chang‘An Mazda, Jaguar, Land Rover, CRRC, Volvo, Geely, Leading Ideal and Polestar etc.

先后任职国务院发展研究中心信息中心，PROGNOZ 中国。2017 年加入研究院科技孵化项目，是中包物联网的主要发起人创始人。带领中包物联团队完成货安达物流风险黑匣子，货安达循环包装物流器具智能芯系列物联网智能终端、智能电子标签的研发，以及大数据团队完成货安达智能循环包装管理物联网云平台的开发。邢胜男先生倡导 AIOT 人工智能循环包装打通供应、制造与第三方物流等供应链数据的技术架构；拥有 20 余项已授权专利，在国际期刊发表多篇学术论文，是我国大数据信息技术以及包装智能化数字化领域的权威专家。

Founder and CEO of China National Packaging IOT Tech. He leads the team to develop HAD series IOT intelligent hardware and CPack Cloud platform for reusable transport packaging (RTP) management. He advocated the technical architecture of real-time data flow across the supply chain by connecting intelligent transport packaging to the internet, to breakdown barriers and unlock the value of supply chain data across industries. 

Prior to joining CPIOT, he served as manager at Information Center of Development Research Center of the State Council and Vice President at PROGNOZ China. 

Mr. Xing has been recognized as being one among the top influencers in Big data and the Internet of Things in the field of logistics. He has published extensively in global leading scientific journals SCI and was granted more than 20 patents.

He is the Chairman of Packaging and Transportation Technical Standards Committee of Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. of Zhuhai, and Director of Sample Manufacturing Office of Testing Centre. He is responsible for the rationality and scientific research and revision of the company's packaging and transportation technical standards, and has in-depth research of the packaging design, testing and simulation of household appliances.
